In this 2 part workshop, you’ll learn about your pelvic floor muscles, how they work, what happens when they don’t work, and how to take care of their health with the help of yoga.
We’ll discover the connection between the physical pelvic floor and the energetic root chakra through guided yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation.
This workshop is led by Dana Podell, a licensed physical therapist and yoga teacher.
