No prior dance experience needed—just a love for movement and a willingness to explore. If you’re shy or hesitant, you’re especially welcome!
This class is designed for those who love to dance, unwind, and reconnect with their bodies—while also taking part in a shared creative process.
Through guided improvisation, dynamic sequences, and co-creation of choreography, we explore dance as a source of vitality, connection, and expression.
This is a safe space where you can move at your own pace, in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
